Homo Sapiens Lava Colour is a stunning oversize pen from Visconti, a welcome addition to the Homo Sapiens range. The barrel is made from resin combined with basaltic lava from Mt. Etna in Sicily, which renders the pen virtually unbreakable, and tinted with ultramarine pigments.
Unlike the original Homo Sapiens pens, the cap has a magnetic catch fitting, but still features the 'Visconti'-inscribed sprung pocket clip. The trim is a dark, high-quality polished ruthenium which lends a stunning contrast. Barrel ring is inscribed 'Homo Sapiens'.
Fitted with a Visconti AA40 medium blue ceramic tip liquid ink refill (unscrew the end cap to change the refill).
