Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your new stationery, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original boxes, ensuring all pens, inks, and accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
